The man has no fixed abode.

One of the four Ukrainians detained in Poland on suspicion of involvement in a railroad sabotage ordered by the Kremlin's special services, 34-year-old Mikhail H., was carrying 46 Russian passports and other documents issued by the Russian Federation. This was reported on November 25 by RMF FM.

The man has no permanent residence, but he was represented in court by three lawyers, which "only fuels speculation," the media outlet stressed, citing unofficial sources.

Mikhail was detained on November 18, but a few days later it was reported that no evidence had been found that could link the men to the saboteurs who committed acts of sabotage on the Polish railroad, so they were not announced any charges, the media outlet said. According to its information, three people were released, and the only one who remained in custody was this particular Ukrainian.

The prosecutor charged him under Article 276 of the Criminal Code, which provides for up to two years in prison and is related to sabotage - it concerned concealing documents that the suspect had no right to dispose of, the article said.

It is still unclear whether these Russian passports are genuine or fake. According to RMF FM, the prosecutor's office is still checking. It is also unknown whether the man legally possessed them. The prosecutor's office said it is checking both the authenticity of the documents, issued under different names, and how exactly the suspect obtained them.

The Polish prosecutor's office is investigating acts of terrorist sabotage between Nov. 15 and Nov. 17, including damage to railroad tracks near the villages of Mika and Golomb using explosives.
