The dictator gave away a Polichinel secret to the public.

Lukashenko turned the seminar for officials at Mozyrtekhservis into a familiar pumping: "We are turning around very slowly, we need to speed up". And everything would be all right, but he is rushing back to the past, trying to drag the whole country there.

"Men, we must quickly do what we know how to do. Our kids won't do it. They're good, they know the Internet and stuff. They're smart and smarter than us in some areas. But without food and clothes, neither they nor anyone else will have anything."

With this tirade, the ruler, who has been at the helm for more than thirty years, once again kicked the younger generation, suspecting them of being unable to provide for basic needs.

At the same time, he showed himself as a man who tries his best to hide from the oppressive future in the past he understands: "There are no longer those people, those gray-haired old men. They may still be there somewhere. We should ask them to come, to help, to advise, to support the repairmen. It is important to pick it up now, so that the old people teach the young people, to pass it on".

Doesn't he see himself as that very experienced gray-haired old man? And if so, then the experience he is ready to pass on to the younger generation will not only not help, but will harm it for decades to come.

And Lukashenko confessed about this at his own seminar. According to him, there is neither order nor discipline in any sphere.

"The industry saved" by him produces such equipment that it is easier to throw it under the fence. And if you are lucky, from two or three tractors you can assemble one - "better than new". The issue of warranty service of agricultural machinery has not been solved so far (three decades have not been enough). And this is despite the annual injections from the budget into MTZ, MAZ and other "Gomselmash".

The state spends billions on unprofitable collective farms, and thieving managers still will not learn to store fertilizers, no matter how much you scare them with words about "one foot in jail".

The country lives from year to year with the projects of the gray-haired ruler, which often become sources for sawing off the people's money.

And in this he also admitted, speaking about another white elephant of the authorities "One district - one project". They say that when choosing projects for implementation, "many people counted on large amounts of funding".

Thereby he revealed to the public the secret of Polichinel.

But it seems that the elderly leader himself realizes the senselessness of running against time, although he tries not to show it:

"We are experienced people, and we need to create a country that we will pass on to them [children] during this period that we have been given here. And we have to do something on all fronts. Otherwise it will all be lost."
