The exit from Yaroslavl towards Moscow is blocked.
On the night of May 22, Russia was again attacked by unknown drones. Amid the threat of drones, the authorities decided to block the exit from Yaroslavl towards Moscow.
The RBC-Ukraine reports this with reference to Russian Telegram channels.
First, we note that the night began with Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin publishing that air defense forces allegedly two drones that flew at the Russian capital.
About an hour later, Russians began complaining that they could hear explosions in Yaroslavl. In all, about 15-20 "powerful pops" were heard, and before that, sirens went off in the city due to the threat of drone attacks.
Literally 20 minutes later, the region's governor Mikhail Evraev reported that the region had been attacked by unknown drones, and that the highway that leads from Yaroslavl to Moscow was blocked against this background.
"In order to ensure safety, traffic is blocked at the exit from Yaroslavl towards Moscow from the intersection of Moskovsky Prospekt and South-Western District Road. Refrain from traveling in this direction and its vicinity, or choose a route bypassing this section," he wrote in Telegram.
Public SHOT specifies that it is a section of the highway M-8 at the exit from Yaroslavl.
