For The First Time In The Entire War, Kaliningrad Airport Was Shut Down

Kaliningrad's Khrabrovo airport has introduced temporary restrictions on the reception and release of aircraft (the so-called "Cover" plan), Rosaviatsia reported. Dozens of planes are circling in the sky above Kaliningrad and cannot land.

This regime is introduced when flight safety is threatened, most often due to drones or unidentified objects.

This is the first case of such restrictions in the airspace of Kaliningrad since the beginning of 2022.
