What exactly is being built

The entire perimeter of the city continues large-scale engineering works. Specifically they are erecting:

anti-tank ditches several kilometers long;

blindhouses;

barbed wire fences;

"dragon's teeth" - concrete blocks preventing the movement of vehicles.

The Odessa Military Administration notes that this is not a reaction to a specific threat, but an advance preparation. The goal is to have a ready line of defense before it may be needed.
