Trump Called Pashinian A "wonderful Friend And Leader"

The US President backed a politician in Armenia's parliamentary elections.
US President Donald Trump has called incumbent Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan a "wonderful friend and leader" and backed him in the parliamentary elections to be held on June 7.
The US leader wrote about this in his Truth Social.
Trump said Pashinyan is "making his country strong, wealthy and secure," and as such, "Nikol has my full and unquestionable support for re-election."
Trump recalled the implementation of the Trump Route for International Peace and Prosperity (TRIPP) transit corridor project, which would connect Asia and Europe via Armenia and Azerbaijan. The United States will receive the rights to develop this transit corridor. He also called for "making Armenia great again."
The Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine believes that the TRIPP project will finally deprive Russia of its position as a major player in the South Caucasus. Within the framework of the project, a joint Armenian-American company will ensure its functioning for 49 years. The parties plan to lay oil and gas pipelines, fiber-optic networks, as well as create road and railway infrastructure.
