Swiss intelligence in its report called Russia "the greatest threat" to European security. This is according to the website of the country's government.

The intelligence agency believes that Russia is waging a conflict against European states using "sabotage, influence activities, propaganda and disinformation."

"Switzerland is directly affected in particular by cyber attacks, illegal intelligence gathering, attempts to proliferate weapons of mass destruction, influence activities and disinformation," the publication says.
