A Video Has Surfaced Showing Drone Strikes On A Wildberries Warehouse In The Tver Region

On the night of August 14, UAVs struck logistics facilities in the Tver Region. Footage of the explosions was captured on video.

In the first footage, local residents heard the sounds of a UAV flying overhead and the subsequent explosion. In the second clip, the moment of the UAV’s explosion was captured by a surveillance camera at one of the logistics centers.

Earlier, the acting governor of the Tver Region Vitaly Korolev reported that the facade of the Wildberries building was damaged when UAV debris fell in the Kalininsky District.

The Wildberries logistics complex in the Kalininsky Municipal District is located near the village of Pasynkovo, within the “Emmaus” Special Economic Zone, next to the town of Emmaus near Tver.

In the Leningrad Region, a nighttime attack sparked a fire at the port of Ust-Luga, where, according to OSINT expert Astra, the Novatek-Ust-Luga terminal may have been damaged.

On August 13, Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty, citing satellite imagery, reported that a Ukrainian strike had burned down one-fifth of the Wildberries warehouse in the village of Chishmy in Bashkortostan—the fire destroyed nearly 30,000 m² of the building.

Attacks on Wildberries — What We Know

Ukraine’s strikes on Wildberries’ warehouses have taken on a large-scale nature: according to Reuters, at least 20 of the company’s logistics centers have been targeted by Ukrainian drones, and some of the facilities were completely destroyed by fires. In total, the marketplace has lost approximately 1.18 million m² of warehouse space.

The consequences of the attacks are already affecting the company’s operations and the Russian economy. Amid the loss of logistics capacity and the exodus of sellers, Wildberries’ revenue has reportedly fallen by about a quarter. The agency, citing a source close to the Kremlin, also reported that Russia could see a wave of bankruptcies among entrepreneurs who sold goods through the marketplace and lost their inventory as a result of the attacks on its logistics centers.
