The results of the land auction have been announced.
Yesterday, an auction was held to sell land plots to Belarusian citizens for private ownership, for the purpose of building residential homes in settlements within the Plissky Village Council of the Smolevichi District in the Minsk Region. Realt reported on the results of the auction.
Two lots were offered at the auction—land plots in the village of Lavlya and the settlement of Chernitsky.
Lot No. 1—a plot with cadastral number 624884502601000126—is located at 41A, Lavlya. The village is located 12 kilometers from Smolevichi and 49 kilometers from Minsk. The land parcel covers an area of 15 sotok. It is possible to connect the house to electricity and gas. The lot was appraised at 11,000 rubles. Two bids were submitted for it. The plot was sold for 23,580 rubles, or $7,778 at the National Bank’s exchange rate on the day of the auction.
Lot No. 2—a 10-sotok plot with cadastral number 624884507601000240—is located in the village of Chernitsky, on Chernitskaya Street. The property has the potential for connecting the house to electricity, gas, water, and sewer services. The land parcel is valued at 11,000 rubles. No bids were received for this lot.
The auction was organized by the Plissky Village Council of the Smolevichi District. It borders the city of Smolevichi, as well as the Zhodinsky, Kurgan, and Pekalinsky village councils. The village council is located in the village of Oktyabrsky, 38 kilometers from the Minsk Ring Road (MKAD), and has good transportation links to Minsk. The village can be reached by train on the Minsk–Borisov–Orsha route, as well as by shuttle bus. Two major highways, the M-1 and the P-53, run through the territory of the rural council.
