The gift before total canceling of privileges

A new version of the travel card "bus, trolley bus, tram, underground" for October appeared in Minsk. It costs 42 thousand 610 Belarusian rubles. And actually last month the travel card for three kinds of transport and a separate plastic card for the underground cost 55 thousand 760 Belarusian rubles. Thus the new ticket saves 13 thousand 150 rubles.
The KP in Belarus was informed at the department of prices and tariffs of the Minsktrans:
“The paper-made ticket will be supplied with a plastic card .Without the card the ticket will be invalid”.
The new travel card is a gift for the Minsk passengers. We shall remind that privileges are to be annulled 16 December, 2007 and everybody will pay a full sum for traveling by public transport.
Prices for October travel cards
“Bus, trolley bus, tram, underground” travel card has the same price as “bus and underground”.
One transport travel card costs 23 670 Belarusian rubles .Discounted travel card costs 11 840 Belarusian rubles.
Two transport means travel card cost 31 570 Belarusian rubles. Discounted travel card of this type costs 15 780 Belarusian rubles.
Two transport means travel card cost 37 660 Belarusian rubles. Discounted travel card costs18 830 Belarusian rubles.
By the way, travel cards including underground may not be discounted.
