More than 4 000 Belarusians came to the Lithuanian capital for a Liapis’ concert.
It took place in the Vilnius’ Pramogu Arena on 27 October in the evening.
An attempt to count the number of white-red-white flags in the audience would have been vain. The spectators chanted Long live Belarus! The fevet pitch was comparable only with the Square 2010, Nasha Niva reports.
“That’s how it should be, without redundant pathos and political commitment chant what we like – Long live Belarus!”, - said the band’s leader Siargei Mikhalok during his performance.
Liapis Trubetskoi is in the balck list in Belarus because of the criticism of the incumbent regime, the band’s concerts are forbidden. The musicians perform a lot in the neighboring countries, where hundreds of fans come from Belarus.
