Brute Executives

Yesterday I saw for the first time, as a human being was led on a chain.

It wasn’t in a film about slavery or about sadists. It was a documentary footage showing a Belarusian court.

Ivan Barbashynski was lead on a chain in the Slutsk court. The one, whose brother died "of himself" in the Zhodzina jail, and whose numerous traces of blows, made with a blunt object, according to the police, appeared on his body "of themselves", too.

The man who lived quietly, minded his own business, but one night was returning home from a cafe with his elder brother and came across the police.

He was taken to court on a chain. ON A CHAIN! As if he was a malicious criminal. As if he wasn’t a human being. As if he was a beast. And today, he was sentenced to two-years of liberty restriction and released.

Who came up with such rules? Who gave the authority to treat people like animals and to put them on a chain? The people, whose guilt has not even been proved.

But even if it has been proved! Only sadists do such things. Only sadists can hit upon the idea of putting people on chains, lead them "hands up behind the back, the nose to the floor" and on bended knees; only perverts can piss on people’s heads and tell them about their wild sexual fantasies. How did they manage to collect so many perverts in one institution? They had to work hard to do that. Work hard FOR MANY YEARS!!!

"Thanks a lot to the journalists," – those were Ivan Barbashynski’s first words, after he was released from the cage.

And I want to say that this is not normal. NOT NORMAL! When only the journalists, making use of the temporary thaw, can say something. Where are the lawyers? Where are the judges? Where are the MPs? Where are the professional psychiatrists and psychologists? Where are the responsible lawyers who understand that even the representatives of the state violence departments should have their limiters?

Where is the singing and dancing public commission under the Ministry of Interior, which has recently been fed in a colony, "like in a restaurant," and they did not hesitate to tell about it in all the media? ..

In the XXI century a man is led on a chain. EVERYONE, who is under criminal prosecution, is put in a cage in the court without a substantial reason. Instead of "Hello!" everyone is handcuffed, and only after that the police start to investigate. Healthy people die "of themselves" and all is still tip-top in Belarusian prisons and detention centers. What is it? What is it called?..

In my opinion, this is called sadism. Sadists occupied the police department, because even the lowest shoulder straps give them unlimited power over the people. And the state only indulges them, turning a blind eye to all the scandals. Brute executives are valuable and important to the state. I suppose, because they are the ones, who turn the society into shivering creatures.
