"Belposhta" commented on fake "chain letters"

Stories about "chain letters" multiply.

One of the most current ones is about fake notifications of paying the tax on "social parasitism", which the citizens of Zavadski district of Minsk find in their mailboxes.

Initially, it was told that the people receiving them were pensioners, who couldn't be treated as "social parasites". However, "Belposhta" has later stated that its employees haven't printed out any notifications.

RUE "Belposhta" has commented on the situation with the fake notifications of paying the levy on funding government expenditures in mailboxes.

– We have received information that several residents of Zavadski district of Minsk, which is within the coverage area of the post office №47, have received notifications, informing that registered mail marked "Taxes" had arrived at their address. The inspection revealed that employees of "Belposhta" had neither printed nor delivered the notifications, – representatives of the enterprise told to BelTA.

– Now the employees of "Belposhta" record contact contact details of people who have received such notifications, soothe them and inform them that the notifications are not valid, – the representatives added.
