Mikalai Statkevich specifies the action plan for Freedom Day: March 25 - Minsk, March 26 - regions.

"We have a plan for victory," – one of the leaders of the Belarusian National Congress Mikalai Statkevich wrote on Facebook.

Belarusians seek changes. People's requirements to the power were defined during the Outraged Belarusians March in Minsk on February 17. The March was the signal for mass protests across the country. Authorities have one month to cancel the decree on "parasites", to stop robbing the people and to return them the right to change the power in fair elections.

The power is not going to meet the people's will, it refuses to negotiate with its representatives, elected on February 17. That is why a demonstration and an assembly of the people will be held in Minsk on Freedom Day, March 25. There we will decide together what to do to regain the right to live a normal life in a normal country - the right which was illegally stolen from us.

Belarusian National Congress, which has prepared and started the protest in the capital, encourages rallies and marches in the regions. We would like people to demonstrated their will to change and proposed leaders capable of defending their interests.

If we really want to our requirements be fulfilled, we should keep to a common plan. We have it in the BNC and we are working according to it. But we need the help of all Belarus to force the authorities fulfill the people's requirements.

On Saturday, March 25, supporters of change will gather for a March in Minsk. We urge people from other regions to come and join us. After all, only in the capital we can force the regime to give in to the people. We will decide together on how to make it real at a public meeting on March 25.

People may decide on the long-term protest. So now we call on people in the regions to meet in the central squares of their cities at 12.00 on Sunday, March 26, to join the protest in Minsk and do not allow the authorities to use its forces.

Example of Minsk and the energy of capital march, which people will bring from it returning to their cities, will help the regions to adequately express their will for change.

Let's work together and do not let to "break" our plan for victory.

We need to solve the problem, which drags the whole country to the bottom, and we should prevent violence. To do this, we must act together, firmly and consistently.

We remind you, that the many thousands Outraged Belarusians March was held in Minsk on February 17. During the March people formulated their requirements to the authorities and they will demand the answers from the regime in Minsk on Freedom Day , March 25.

Similar protests were held in regional cities of Belarus on February 19. The March in Homel was the most numerous one with several thousand people participating.

On Sunday, February 26, several thousand of outraged Belarusians took to the streets and participated in the Marches in Vitsebsk and Babruisk, several hundreds of people participated in marches in Baranavichy and Brest.
