The Mahiliou enterprise takes money from workers for the "city improvement".

The company Mahiliou Ice Cream Factory forces the workers to write statements to give part of the salary "for the improvement of urban areas, construction and reconstruction of facilities in Mahiliou."

A photo of such a statement was published in a group in the Vkontakte social network.

The workers write statements in the name of director of the Mahiliou Ice Cream Factory T. Bandarchuk.
