The campaign on moving to technology innovations seems to have failed.

Lukashenka and his entourage found themselves in a funny situation at the talks with Indian Foreign Minister Sushma Swaraj.

However, a real photofact, not the dictator’s weasel words, draws the attention: the Belarusians are sitting with writing blocks, and the Indians – with smartphones at the meeting of Lukashenka’s and the Foreign Minister of India.

We remind that in November last year, Lukashenka stated at a press conference for Russian journalists that from then on, Belarus "will become affluent due to gadgets, iPhones and plaPhones."
