BPR’s 100th Anniversary: Third Charter Adopted In Early Dawn

The Belarusians were delivered a lecture on little-known facts of the restoration of independence.

Art Siadziba has started a series of lectures for the centenary of the BPR. The series of lectures started with a meeting with historian Andrei Unuchak, Radio Racyja informs.

The first theme of this series of solemn events was the lecture "The Legacy of the BPR We Use Today."

One of the organizers of the lectures Valeryja Charnamortsava told journalists: "Our task is to tell people how everything happened. How we gained our independence. The grounds for this decision. There are memories of how the Third Charter was adopted in the early dawn. And "the sun of independence has risen," – someone said."

A series of lectures for the centenary of the BPR will continue with meetings with art historian Siarhei Khareuski and writer and historian Uladzimir Arlou.
