What Mahilyou Dwellers Hide From Putin And Lukashenka

For several months the city has been in panic.

Today Alexey Kirienko and me have appealed for a rally. It aims at protest against the show-off organized by the city authorities caused by the visit of Lukashenka and Putin, against wasting of money of taxpayers. According to our "laws, I have no right to specify date, place and time.
