- Dear participants of the "Minsk Dialogue," I want to remind you that you support a person who is not eternal and will soon leave. And then you will deal with the Belarusian people. You will be ashamed to look into people's eyes and explain that you have discussed the security of Europe with the last dictator of Europe.
