For people who have already paid, they'll make a recalculation.
The Belarusian State University plans to raise education prices by about 12% on March 1, svaboda.org reports. The press service of the BSU explained that they do it "to bring them in line with the real costs".
According to the press service of the BSU, recalculation will be made for those who have already paid for their education for four months, which remain until the end of the academic year.
Photos of the new prices have been published on the Student Thought website. The press service of the BSU said they hadn't seen that publication, so they couldn't confirm or disprove the figures.
"As soon as they are calculated and confirmed, these prices will be officially posted on the university website in the section "Paid services," the press service said.
At the time of publication, other universities in Belarus had not announced about the increase in prices.
