Sound directors of the Youth Palace Kiryl Halanau and Uladzislau Sakalouski, who were responsible for providing sound accompaniment at the "Open Day of Additional Education Institutions", turned on the song "Changes" by Viktor Tsoi. The guys explained to tut.by why they did it.

- We had no other choice but to do it! - Uladzislau explained what he did.
