The Polish soldier who escaped to Belarus was sentenced to six months of restricted freedom.

Today, the Olsztyn court in Poland has considered the appeal of deserter Emil Czeczko and left the sentence unchanged.

The Polish soldier, who escaped to Belarus, was sentenced to six months of restricted freedom. He was forbidden to come closer than 50 meters to his mother and to abuse alcohol.

In May, drunk Czeczko beat his mother and threatened to kill her, after which the police intervened in the conflict.
