Former Head Of Ukrainian Intelligence Speaks About Putin's Fear

The Kremlin has tightened the rules for security personnel.

Security measures have been stepped up in the Kremlin around the illegitimate president of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin due to Ukrainian strikes on Russian territory. This was reported by the former head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense Valeriy Kondratyuk in an interview with Tetyana Danilenko, published "Ukrainska Pravda" on YouTube on September 26.

According to him, employees of the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) are restricted from using cell phones, leaving Putin’s residences, and contacting their families.

“He [Putin] is actually afraid, and there are specific reasons for these measures, backed by certain signals. In other words, this isn’t just a precautionary measure taken ‘just in case,’” the general stated.
