IT Specialists Leave Belarus

Belarusian companies are not hiring new employees that actively.

The outflow of specialists from the Belarusian IT-sector continues, writes devby.io. Since the beginning of the year, twice as many specialists have left the companies than have been employed there.

The trend of the last month is also disappointing and demonstrates the continuing outflow of specialists from the Belarusian IT-companies. In April, 3 thousand employees left the companies - twice as many as in April 2021.

Belarusian companies are not hiring new employees as actively as they did the year before. In April this year, companies hired 938 professionals. This is 46% less than in April last year.
