"Prisoners Look Pitiful Indeed": Armed Forces Of Ukraine Beat Invaders Near Kharkiv

The military men of the 25th motorized rifle brigade of the Russian Federation look more like homeless people.

On May 5, the Ukrainian army liberated the village of Shestakove near Kharkiv, the Russian stronghold in the village was defeated.

At the moment, 8 servicemen of various Russian units have been taken prisoner, mainly those from the 25th motorized rifle brigade of the RF Armed Forces, journalist Yuri Butusov said.

The count of destroyed and captured equipment and personnel continues, and a cleansing operation is underway.

"The homeless-style look, and unregulated footwear of the Russian military should not be surprising. The shoes and uniforms of the RF Armed Forces are of very low quality, so the Russian soldiers always rob and loot to dress, put on shoes and keep warm. Logistics in the Russian army, the same as provision, are very primitive. They wear uniform only when they are filmed for some propaganda reports in the rear, but on the front line they look like this, they put on stolen warm clothes under the bottom of their pea coats, often they put civilian clothes on top," Butusov said, posting a photo from the scene.

The journalist stressed that Ukrainian troops continue offensive operations in the Kharkiv region.
