Ukrainians: Belarus Is Powder Keg

Ukraine has a good chance to overthrow Lukashenka and reach the "underbelly" of Putin.

Ukrainian expert Oleg Zhdanov expresses the opinion that Lukashenka continues to hesitate to order an invasion, but at the same time Belarus is really preparing for war.

"All those actions Lukashenka takes to prepare for war should not be perceived as throwing dust in Putin's eyes," the Ukrainian military observer wrote in his column.
