Against the background of news about the AFU offensive in the Kherson region, collaborator Kirill Stremousov escaped from Kherson to Russia, said Ukrainian activist Serhiy Sternenko.

According to him, the gauleiter is now in Voronezh.

"Thanks to many concerned citizens, one managed to discover that Stremousov was recording his video messages from the Marriott hotel in Voronezh, Revolution Avenue, 38," he wrote on Telegram.

On August 29, Ukraine's defenders went on the offensive in the Kherson region, forcing a "DPR regiment" and Russian paratroopers to flee their positions.

Operational Command South says the AFU launches offensives in many directions in southern Ukraine.
