Russian Officials Spent New Year Holidays At Foreign Resorts

Kremlin elites prefer Dubai and Turkey.

We do not know the business jet’s time of arrival in Dubai; the jet’s transponder was prudently turned off. The fact that Kadyrov owns an Airbus ACJ319 aircraft became known in 2017. The richest Russian minister, Denis Manturov, preferred to have his holidays in Turkey instead of Russia (2).
