Most Powerful Cyclone 'Vania' Reaches Moscow After Belarus

There is a snow apocalypse in the capital of the Russian Federation.

The most powerful cyclone "Vanya" has travelled across the European part of Russia after Belarus and reached Moscow.

"Everything is covered in snow," Russian public pages reported.

1/5th of the norm of monthly precipitation has fallen in the Russian capital (on video). 9-point traffic jams are expected by evening. The most severe situation was in the Kursk region of the Russian Federation - 81% of the snow norm of December. A little more than half of the monthly norm was observed in Orel and Belgorod regions.
