Telegram Channel: Drunken Russian Soldiers Kill And Maim Each Other

The worst situation is in the Belgorod region.

The Russian military during the war against Ukraine is killed not only in battles with the AFU, it also suffers non-combat losses.

Telegram channel VChK-OGPU has learned that the state of law and order and military discipline in the Russian army since the beginning of 2023 shows drunkenness in the Armed Forces. The number of alcohol-related incidents, crimes, and deaths of servicemen is at an all-time high, which is also the cause of a sharp increase in non-combat losses among personnel (both sanitary and non-combat losses).

Telegram channel received a selection of only a small number of crimes and incidents committed by drunken military personnel.

The Belgorod region faces the gravest situation in terms of the amount of servicemen-related offences. The recorded cases include:

On January 22, 2023, servicemen of the 15th Motorized Rifle Battalion of the 6th Motorized Rifle Division of the 3rd Army Corps, Cpl Rakhmatulloyev S.A. and Private Zhilyasov T.R. were drinking alcoholic beverages in Tent №24. Having learnt about it, senior lieutenant Dekteryuk O.V. made a warning about the inappropriate behavior. The mentioned servicemen responded inadequately and beat up senior lieutenant Dekteryuk. As a result, the latter was diagnosed with multiple injuries, bruises and broken bones.

On January 31, 2023, the deputy platoon commander of the 15th motorized rifle regiment of the 2nd motorized rifle division of the 1st tank army, private I.V. Trembovetsky arrived to the place of residence of the deputy commander of the 1st motorized rifle company on military and political work, captain Stepanov P.L. and the commander of the 3rd motorized rifle platoon of the 12th motorized rifle company, lieutenant Naletov V.M. During drinking, Trembovetsky shot dead the mentioned officers with a personal AK-74.

On February 18, 2023, drunken servicemen of the 1015th motorized rifle regiment of territorial troops, junior sergeant M.S. Kurtsev, corporal D.A. Moiseev and I.S. Petrushenko broke down the gate of a private house at Bondarenkov farmhouse, 21 and used violence against the citizens living in the house.

On February 28, 2023 a serviceman of the 88th engineer regiment Fedulov A.A. was moving along the patrol route near the bus stop where he saw corporal Abramov I.S. with three civilians drinking alcohol. He approached them and also drunk alcohol. Afterwards, there was a conflict between Private Fedulov and Corporal Abramov. It resulted in a pointed weapon of Private Fedulov at Corporal Abramov; Corporal Abramov responded, "Why are you showing off? "Why can't kill me anyway", took the barrel and put it in his mouth, and then Private Fedulov fired one shot.

On March 6, 2023 soldiers of the 25th separate motorized rifle brigade of the 6th army, Corporal Petrov N. D. and corporal Lenin V. G., being at the military positions, drank alcohol and decided to continue drinking and came to Mira Street, 18, Olyshany settlement. Civilians Bondarenko I.A., Bondarenko V.V. and Vyazovsky A.A. lived there. A few minutes later, Private Lenin V.G. heard loud voices, the noise of an argument, gunshots and the explosion of a grenade. A reserve group arrived at the sound of gunfire and found the dead A.A. Vyazovsky and other participants of the conflict with wounds of various degrees of severity.
