We Know Him: Budanov Says What To Happen To Occupier Who Executed AFU Soldier

The head of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ukrainian Defence Ministry, Kyrylo Budanov, has said that the State Intelligence Service has established the identity of the Russian occupant who beheaded a live Ukrainian POW.

As Budanov said in an interview with Radio NV, cases of such crimes are "isolated".

"We know who he is. And where he is and why I say I can't tell you. There are slightly different statistics. Somehow it just so happens that almost all of those who have done such things, that we knew for sure, do not exist anymore. So I don't think this person will be an exception," he said.

When asked whether the Ukrainian intelligence was involved, the head of the State Security Service cryptically replied: "It just so happened".
