Kadyrov Announces Launch Of Offensive By His Troops In 'DPR'

The Chechen leader has called Donbass his "zone of responsibility".

The leader of the Chechen Republic, Ramzan Kadyrov, has announced an offensive by his militants in the Donbass. He claims that the Akhmat regiment fighters have received an order to "advance".

Kadyrov wrote about it on telegram, reports Censor.net.

According to him, the occupied territories of Donbass will become the area of responsibility of Kadyrovtsy.

"According to the order, fighters of Chechen units are to start active combat operations and liberate (seize. - Ed.) a number of settlements. However, for several days now the first stage has been under way - the command staff of the units have been working out plans to advance and liberate settlements and have been receiving new intelligence," Kadyrov wrote.

He said that Adam Delimkhanov, a member of the Russian State Duma, "met with the commanders whose area of responsibility is the Maryinka direction". Allegedly, forces of the Akhmat special forces and of the Sever-Akhmat regiment have already been deployed there, and their command will be taken over by Major-General Apty Alaudinov.

Kadyrovtsy At War Against Ukraine - What Is Known

The militants of Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov, who are keeping Russians in fear, turned out to be just tick-tock troops in Ukraine. They turned out to be poorly trained, and their "victories" were presented by staged videos on social networks.

In addition, the Ukrainian defence forces are eliminating Kadyrovtsy, just like the rest of the occupying forces. On May 10, it became known that in a village in temporarily occupied Melitopol district, a group of Kadyrovtsy decided to hold a feast with barbeque. The feast was interrupted by a large-scale strike by the Ukrainian Armed Forces, which resulted in the killing of 23 fighters.
