Ministry Of Defense Sends Polonaises To Border With Ukraine

The Ministry of Defense of Belarus sent the Polonaise MLRS to “cover the border.”

The Polonaise MLRS division, as part of testing the combat readiness of the armed forces, is participating in tasks to cover sections of the border, the Ministry of Defense said.

According to the department, military personnel in the designated area have equipped and camouflaged the locations of personnel and equipment and continue to carry out tasks as intended.

“In accordance with the difficult current situation near the border of the Republic of Belarus and the assigned task, the division entered the designated area with full ammunition and took up combat duty at set targets. I am ready to carry out tasks of delivering missile strikes at a range of up to 300 kilometers within 20 minutes,” said the division commander.

It is important to note that earlier the border guards said that they have information about the presence of units of the Russian Volunteer Corps in the zone of responsibility of the Zhytomyr border detachment.

In this direction, they allegedly “recorded reconnaissance of the area and active reconnaissance activities,” shot down a drone and found a cache of explosives.
