Andrei Voynich: Lukashenko Realized That The Missile Can Come To Him As Well

Khamenei's liquidation came as a shock to the Belarusian regime.
The liquidation of Ayatollah Ali Khamenei came as a shock to Belarusian propagandists and Lukashenko himself. The dictator remained silent for almost three days and, apparently, was afraid to even formally express condolences to the regime in Tehran.
Why did Lukashenko prefer to keep silent?
Why did Charter97.org ask ex-political prisoner, coordinator of the civil campaign "European Belarus" Andrei Voynich:
There are several reasons. First, Lukashenko is a coward. In a moment he is capable of some actions, but in general he is very cautious. In this case he had to be, as they say, between a hammer and an anvil, because, on the one hand, he has friendship with Iran, and on the other hand, he himself, according to his own statements, is an ardent trampist.
It was necessary to make very cautious steps, and these steps had to be very well thought out. And he doesn't really know how to think. That is, the people around him thought for him, and only after they had thought it over, he made his first statements carefully.
Secondly, he had a very serious shock, because he still understands that Iran is a rather protected country, and yet it was absolutely unprepared for the fact that small Israel would boldly and sharply take and "slam" Khamenei in a way that would actually shake the whole world.
And Lukashenko understands perfectly well that he himself could be next. And a missile will come, and they will find where he is, and everything will be over very quickly. And they will find his corpse from under the rubble - this is in the best case, because in the worst case there will be a situation like with Muammar Gaddafi or Saddam Hussein: a noose around his neck - and hang around to feed the crows.
It seems to me that confirmation of the second fact, this shock, is his trip to the barn, where he picked manure with his pitchfork, because a sane leader would never in his life make such weak moves in such urgent moments. It's a shock. Shock at the realization of his personal hopelessness.
- Why did the Lukashists, on the other hand, react so violently? Why did the liquidation of the dictator on the other side of the world hurt the Belarusian propagandists so painfully?
- Because the Belarusian propagandists are all products of Lukashenko and Lukashism. It cannot be said that they are brilliant in intelligence and independence. And that they differ in their character from the dictator himself. They are all sycophants. But they had to react somehow. At the moment when Lukashenko himself was in shock and did not make any statements, perhaps they were ordered to react, perhaps not. It doesn't matter at all. What is important is that they realized that the leash was a bit loose, and they had to react in a way that would please the dictator. And, in fact, in this case they are the heralds of his position.
In any case, regardless of whether the propagandists were ordered to react or not, they did everything to butter up their sweet speeches, from their point of view, just their tsar. And this does not characterize them from the best side.
The point is that there is also an element of fear here, and quite serious. Because let's just remember Joseph Goebbels. In fact, they are all Lukashenko's Goebbels, and they realize that if Lukashenko is pulled out from under the rubble, they will sit in the dock, and they will be tried. If, of course, they live to see this trial.
- Can something similar to the Iranian scenario be repeated in Belarus?
- Taking into account the Iranian scenario and the precedent of Iran and Venezuela in general, I can only say that yes, it can.
Now the situation is such that Donald Trump is not "rolling cotton candy". If he sets out to remove Lukashenko, he will remove him. And he will remove him together with his entire entourage, with all his lackeys, with absolutely all sycophants and all those who have their tongues sharpened exclusively to lick Lukashenko's ass.
