Russia Has Imposed Restrictions On Gasoline Sales: Residents Of Moscow, St. Petersburg, And Kazan Are In Shock

Major cities in Russia have felt the effects of the war.

Residents of Russia's major cities have begun to feel the shortage of gasoline. The crisis has even reached Moscow, Kazan, and St. Petersburg.

In many major Russian cities, residents have felt the fuel shortage. This was reported by the channel Supernova+.

In addition to rising gasoline prices, some major cities have already introduced limits at gas stations.

For example, at the Tatneft gas station chain in Moscow, St. Petersburg, as well as in Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny in Tatarstan, customers are limited to 20–25 liters of fuel per person.

The channel notes that the gasoline shortage across the oil company’s entire network was caused by attacks on the Nizhnekamsk refinery.

Russian media also report that some Tatneft gas stations are completely closed, and drivers are warned that only the convenience stores are open at the stations.

At the same time, at the few gas stations that are still open, the price of a liter of 95-octane gasoline has risen from 70 to 79 rubles.
