Russian Forces Are Bogged Down Near Kupyansk Due To Three Major Problems

A spokesperson for the Ukrainian brigade currently holding the line revealed some interesting facts.
On July 21 and 22, Russian troops carried out limited offensive operations in the Kupyansk sector. However, they were unable to advance immediately for several reasons.
This was reported by Institute for the Study of War (ISW).
U.S. analysts have concluded that the Russian Federation’s offensive in the Kupiansk direction has stalled due to:
the density of Ukrainian drones;
a shortage of trained personnel;
a fuel shortage among the Russian occupiers.
A spokesperson for the Ukrainian brigade defending the Kupiansk sector has already issued a statement on this matter.
According to him, the high density of Ukrainian drone activity in this sector of the front is preventing the Russian Federation’s army from deploying a significant number of its drones, specifically the “Lancet” and “Molniya.”
Units of the Russian 347th Motorized Rifle Regiment are fighting in the Kupiansk sector:
the 47th Tank Division;
the 68th Army Corps;
the Eastern Military District.
It is these units that have faced a serious fuel shortage, which is why they cannot actively use motorcycles, all-terrain vehicles, and passenger vehicles.
Moreover, Russian soldiers are unable to conduct active offensive operations due to a lack of trained personnel.
On July 22, a Russian military blogger stated that their troops were continuing limited offensive operations toward Borova. However, they were unable to advance further.
Geolocated footage released the day before shows a Ukrainian MiG-29 carrying out an attack on an enemy drone control post east of Kurilovka. Two GBU-39 guided bombs were used in the strike.
