The Opening Date For The Legendary 15th Building Of BNTU Has Been Announced

Students were not allowed onto the famous “ship” for six years.

Building 15 of BNTU, known as “the ship,” will open on September 1—following a major renovation. Students have not been allowed inside for six years—construction work began back in 2020, according to "Euroradio".

This unique building is one of Minsk’s landmarks at the eastern entrance to the city. It was opened in 1983. Initially, the architects envisioned it as an “airplane,” but another nickname has taken hold among the public.
