“Well, Belarusians, have we hit rock bottom in the rental market?” she writes. “I found this ad in the ‘Minsk-Mir’ apartment rental group. I removed the address and contact information.” A young woman is offering to let you renovate her unfurnished apartment, pay the rent, and somehow live and work there—she even specified deadlines for finishing the renovations and “discounted” rent amounts.
