A Ukrainian Drone Destroyed An Ammunition Depot Belonging To The Occupying Forces In Hulyaypole

A truck carrying ammunition was tracked all the way to its hiding place.

Defense forces destroyed a warehouse containing 152-mm artillery shells in Hulyaypole, Zaporizhzhia Oblast. This was reported by “Censor.NET” citing the press center of the 7th Corps of the Airborne Forces.

As noted, a truck carrying ammunition that was moving through the city was spotted by neighboring units. They tracked the vehicle’s movement to a hideout—one of the hangars in Hulyaypole.

“Less than three and a half hours after detection, in coordination with the 7th Airborne Corps, pilots of the 225th Separate Assault Regiment struck the target. Following the strike, approximately 60 152-mm artillery shells detonated. Pilots from the 414th SBS Brigade “Ptaki Madjara” verified the destruction,” the statement reads.

A truck carrying ammunition was successfully struck directly while in cover with a single strike from an FPV drone.

It is also noted that the mission was successful thanks to the seamless coordination of several Defense Forces units—from target detection and transmission to its destruction and follow-up reconnaissance.
