U.S. President Donald Trump stated that Ukraine needs to speak with billionaire Elon Musk to obtain permission to use Starlink terminals to launch strikes against Russian territory.

According to a Ukrainian official who spoke on condition of anonymity, Ukraine raised the issue of using Starlink to strike targets on Russian territory during a meeting with Trump at the UN General Assembly.
“You should talk to Elon about that,” Trump replied, referring to the head of Starlink.
The source also reported that the bilateral meeting between Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Donald Trump went “very well” and “was very positive”. The Ukrainian side confirmed that it is ready for an energy truce with Russia.
