Lukashenka's Administration once granted complex in Shurshuny to oligarch Mikhail Gutseriyev.

Hotel complex Krasnoselskoye 40 km from Minsk, earlier owned by the Lukashenka's Administration now owned by Russian oligarch Mikhail Gutseriyev.

Informed sources told tut.by. Now there is a "private vacation center".

The complex locates in a forest area, north of Minsk. The lake resort includes a three-storey hotel and three residential houses. "Walkways, sheared lawns give the aestheticsto the territory" - this is the way Russian tour operators characterized the complex 10 years ago.

In the 90s this object located next to Radoshkovichy (Maladzechna direction) belonged to public forestry Krasnoselskoye. Later it was owned by UDP Dipservice.

- That was an open object. It was rented to hold staff parties. VIP guests lived there as well. A few years ago it was bought by the investor - SertusAvia company. The most part was demolished. I do not know whether it is used now. Last year there was an active construction activity, an informed interlocutor told.

After death of a disgraced Russian businessman and politician Boris Berezovsky in 2013 Forbes reported that he had allegedly built a residence near Radoshkovichy a few years earlier. "He built a village and relaxed," a friend of Berezovsky told. - Birches, ice cream, brown bread... He made himself at home."

Last weekend Belsat TV channel launched video shot near Krasnoselskoye. The territory mostly looks like a health resort rathen than a construction site. It also has a helicopter landing site.

The total area amounts to 11 hectares. The land plot is leased by SertusAvia for 100 years. Buildings on the territory of the mysterious residence belong to the Cyprus offshore company. Blatberg Holdings Limited bought it in 2012. SertusAvia and Dipservice acted as sellers, Nasha Niva writes.

The only mention of SertusAvia comes to 2012 year, when it built a hangar for aircraft at the Minsk National Airport. It was planned to invest $3.5 million in the construction project. The area of 9 hectares planned to build hangars for В777−200 planes and four small planes.

"This company is affiliated with Gutseriyev", an official told journalists. "That was a commercial project. It was planned for compensated use," he added. The source failed to say the way the hangar operated at that moment.

Other person from aviation sphere confirmed that the project was implemented by a Russian businessman.

A few years ago SertusAvia went into litigation with Belpromproekt, a leading institute in the field of industrial design. The result is unknown.

One of officials of the Shershuny Village Council said that there was "a private residence of a Russian businessman" on the territory of former hotel complex Krasnoselskoye.

"He builds a farmstead, a health complex or residence, you can call it whatever you like. There's little likelihood that he will live or take relax there. I think it is made for people not able to relax due to stepped-up attention", Belarusian businessman told when answering whether sensational "Lukashenka's residence" turned to be a preserve of Mikhail Gutseriyev.

Two local officials named Siarhei Fyedaravich Laptsenka as SertusAvia contact person (this data fully coincide with data of top-manager of Slavneftekhim, subsidyary of RussNeft owned by Mikhail Gutseriyev in Belarus).

Earlier SertusAvia and Slavneftekhim had the registered office that now Slavkali has - one more Gutseriyev's company in Belarus.

Within two days phones of SertusAvia and Slavneftekhim were not available. Press service of RussNeft has not satisfied the request of journalists yet.

Dipservice did not comment on the situation and referred to the fact that "the named object has nothing in common with our company."

According to Forbes, the Gutseriyevs is the richest family this year in Russia. Its capital equals to $9.8 billion, Mikhail Gutseriyev takes position 16 in the rating of Russian millionaires with his $5.9 billion. His business interests vary.

In Belarus this friend of Lukashenka owns Minsk hotel Renaissance, Slavkali, Slavneftekhim.
