Henadz Fiadynich: Enterprise Heads Should Know They Are Not To Be Kinglets Forever

Independent trade union REP visits the regions.

The head of the independent trade union of the radio-electronic industry Henadz Fiadynich and the representative of this organization in Brest region Zinaida Mikhniuk held first meetings in Baranavichy and Biaroza, Radio Racyja reports.

"The main thing is to coordinate further work aimed at helping those workers who have problems at the job and who want to protect their rights," – Henadz Fiadynich says.

– People who head enterprises today should know that they will not always be local kinglets and will not always be able to oppress these people. Everything must work according to the law, and first of all the leader should respect workers. Then there will be a reverse respect towards them. We haven't meet such attitude yet. On the contrary, we've seen many times that people were not treated as people and were only forced to work. If you are not happy with this, then leave the plant and try to find a job out there."

Trade union leaders left Biaroza and went to Kobryn, after that they will go to Brest. The plans are to meet with activists from all regions in the coming months.
