The deficit of staff in the labor market continues to grow in Belarus. At present, the general republican bank of vacancies has over 83,4 thousand vacant jobs, while a month ago there were 76,6 thousand offers from the employers, agronews.com writes.
Enterprises and organizations in Minsk are experiencing the most acute staff shortage (17,4 K), followed by the Hrodna region (nearly 13 K), the least quantity of vacancies is available in the Vitsebsk region (about 7,5 K).
Agriculture needs tractor drivers the most – 2079 vacancies are available for them.
Apart from this, the demand for milking machine operators has grown in Belarus - 968 jobs are awaiting for them.
