41 People Delivered To Hospitals From Monastery, Seminary In Zhyrovichy

According to Natallia Rizvanovich, the Chief of Medicine at the Slonim Central District Hospital, 23 out of 41 patients are seminary students, writes tut.by.

- The seminary students were delivered yesterday and the day before yesterday; these are first-level contacts. In general, 41 people were delivered from the agricultural town of Zhyrovichy, from the monastery and seminary, including 23 students,” commented Natallia Rizvanovich, the Chief of Medicine at the Slonim Central District Hospital.

When we contacted Archpriest Henadz Lohin, head of the department of church and practical disciplines of the Minsk Theological Seminary in Zhyrovichy, he advised us to address to the Ministry of Health and the Slonim Hospital for comment:

- We didn’t even have an ambulance coming today, everything is fine.

Archbishop of Navahradak and Slonim Huriy is now at hospital. By the way, his residence is located in the Zhyrovichy Saint Ancension Monastery. Archbishop Huriy was hospitalized on April 20.

- Archbishop Huriy himself went to the Hrodna hospital in his car, and was hospitalized with pneumonia. We keep in touch, thank God, there is a positive dynamic. Today, the Archbishop has no fever, he feels well,” says the secretary of the Navahradak diocesan administration, Archpriest Anatol Herasimuk.
