Belarusian Students Studying Abroad To Be Drafted Into Army

In Belarus, the grounds for deferment from conscription have been reduced.

The "chamber" voted in the first reading to amend the law on military duty and military service.

In this draft law, in particular, there is a clause on studying abroad. Now only those students who were sent by the state to study will receive a deferment from the army.
