Entire Sausage Plant On Sale For Debts In Brest

In July of this year, the economic court of the Brest region declared the enterprise “Belovezhskie delikatesy” bankrupt, and announced liquidation proceedings. The debtor's property was decided not to be divided into parts, but to be sold as a whole. FLLC “Belovezhskie delikatesy” was registered in December 2011 in the free economic zone “Brest”. The enterprise produces sausage and other meat products in Brest. The company is known for the brands “Belovezhskiy Gostinets” and “Dar Ptitsa”. The products were actively supplied to Russia and Kazakhstan.

The enterprise (property complex) is located in Brest at the address: st. Katin Bor, 111B. The meat processing enterprise occupies a plot of 3.6 hectares. Shops, administrative buildings, and a company store are located on this square. The plant is sold together with all the equipment.

To purchase the enterprise, the new owner will have to fulfill 2 conditions: to provide employment for at least 95% of the debtor's workforce, and to fulfill the obligations to pay customs duties and fees for foreign goods that are part of the acquired enterprise.

The auction will be held electronically on November 15. Bidding will go with a decrease in value. The minimum price for which a lot can be sold is 50.6 million rubles (or $20 million).
