The Shesh-Besh restaurant in Donetsk, where former Roscosmos head Dmitry Rogozin was celebrating his birthday, has been shelled. Russian propagandists have already accused the Ukrainian Armed Forces of shelling the city.
Rogozin's injury was reported by the Russian publication of TASS.
"On the outskirts of Donetsk, a hotel where a group of military advisers led by Dmitriy Rogozin had been staying for the last time was shelled. Dmitry (Rogozin, - ed.) was wounded in the back. He has been hospitalized. There is no threat to his life," the interlocutor told the agency.
"Wounded in the back. I will live. A shrapnel a centimeter from my spine," Rogozin commented on the incident to Russian RT.
According to BAZA, Rogozin also received shrapnel wounds to other parts of his body as a result of the explosion.
"The former Roscosmos head suffered a soft tissue shrapnel wound to the head, a penetrating shrapnel wound to the buttocks, as well as a penetrating shrapnel wound to the left thigh. According to the revised figures, a total of 2 people were killed and 5 others wounded during the shooting at the restaurant," the report said.

In particular, local Telegram channels reported that Vitaliy Khotsenko, the so-called "prime minister of the DPR", who had been invited as a guest, was also wounded. He refused to be hospitalized after receiving first aid, and his security guard was killed.
In total, apart from Khotsenko, six other people were injured, including a restaurant waiter, a musician and a barbecue attendant. Two people were killed (one of whom was Khotsenko's security guard).
The Russian media have already found the "perpetrators" of the shelling - the AFU. Allegedly, "the strike was obviously deliberate" and was allegedly carried out from a CAESAR self-propelled artillery unit.
