AFU Soldiers Attacking Occupiers Near Bakhmut With Machine Gun, Grenade Launcher

A fragment of the close combat in Opytne has been shown by the 53rd brigade.

A video of shelling the enemy in the streets of the town of Opytne on the southern outskirts of Bakhmut has been published online. The battle is conducted by the 53rd brigade of the AFU.

The information was made public on the Bavovna Telegram channel.

The first shot shows the face of a young fighter holding his ground defensively in the entrance of an apartment building.

Next to him is a weapon that looks like a grenade launcher. Snow can be seen outside the door which suggests that the photo was taken in early December.

The fighter runs out into the yard and shouts that he plans to hit "the Russian occupant". The man heads towards the corner of the house to shoot at the enemy from the cover.

The ground around the building can be seen covered in a layer of rubble of bricks, frames and wall tiles. The houses opposite are without glass and frames.

A moment later there is a flash of fire: the fighter fires at the occupants' positions.

And running back to the entrance, he grabs his assault rifle and runs outside again.
