Kuleba also urged to isolate Russia, kick it out of everywhere and break all ties.
Around 04:20 on Koshytsa Street 7A, a missile hit a multi-storey apartment building (consisting of two sections: 1 section of 10-storey had 1-2 floor hit, the second section of 16 storeys was hit at the level of 8-9 floors) with subsequent fire; there is as a threat of a building collapse.
