Ukraine is planning a new counter-offensive by its Armed Forces in 2024. The United States received a weapons wish list from Kyiv, which included F-16 and F-18 fighter jets, Black Hawk and Apache attack helicopters, Abrams tanks, drones, and ammunition.

The road to the Crimea
